South African Drivers License Decoder

I Developed a decryption/decoding SDK for reading the PDF417 barcode on the back of the south african drivers license.

My SDK covers all 3 versions of the RSA DL and my image decoding SDK for the embedded barcode works on Windows

x86/x64 and Android armv7a (32bit). My Decryption SDK is completely cross platform and comes as an SDK for use in Android Java, Android Xamarin, Dotnet MAUI, etc.
